Vibration Analysis



     While FLEX PdM will still offer onsite reliability services.  We NOW possess the most powerful technology in the industry and will be transition to remote 24/7 monitoring acquiring the same quality data on-site analyst do.  We are the only company in the industry able to do this.  Collects 90,000 bits of data within six seconds, two sweeps a day Lighting fast.  Using the smallest sensors in the industry we can fit anywhere with no issue. 


    In addition to monthly plant statues reports, your assigned FLEX PdM Analyst will look at your equipment everyday not once per month and receive alarms on a smart watch if your plant equipment has any alarms levels raised.  We are plugged in to your success 24/7.  We provide full time on-site analyst. 


    We perform vibrational analysis in all applications including machinery startup/acceptance testing, instant machinery fault diagnostics and routine periodic condition monitoring. FLEX PdM is a 24-hour service company. Emergency service is always available at your facility. Our Service personnel are accustomed to evaluating rotating equipment (large, small, low speed, high speed, flexible, rigid). infrared Thermography

We use this technology to inspect power lines, large electrical breakers including 13.8kv, mechanical equipment, boilers, tanks, pressure vessels, weld monitoring, glassware manufacturing, plastic injector molding and pipes. We are able to inspect large vast areas and confined spaces using drones outfitted with this technology.

Certification to international standards confirms it can be used in commercial and industrial circumstances.
